Fashion Through Out The Years

 

     Fashion has changed a lot in the last couple of decades. Color palates changed, styles changes and people move on to the next trendy piece of fabric. Being able to look back on fashion trends and be able to relive them is a beautiful thing. Trends come back into style that trended back 20 years like flared pants, layering clothes, and many more. In every decade there is always that one piece of clothing that stands out the most when younger generations look back or even people who were in that decade. When you take a step back and look at how fashion has really changed it can blow your mind for example women's clothing, in the early 60's women would wear babydoll dresses but when you look a couple decades later women would do power dressing because more women had jobs and were able to work. So fashion isn't just what you wear or what others wore in the past fashion can tell storys for every decade.

        Over the years, Cyberbullying has taken place around the world. To quickly sum up what Cyberbullying is, it is when another person is online is sending hateful messages to another person on the internet. To put it into perspective, about 37% of kids from ages 12 to 17 have been cyberbullied online. Except girls are more likely to get cyberbullied than boys. When someone is getting cyberbullied they're either scared to talk to a trusted adult about what's happening or just embarrassed. So only 1 in 10 victims will inform a trusted adult about what is happening. Overall this is a very serious and touchy subject, but I think cyber bullying is something we should talk about even more than we already do.

       Fashion has always had an impact on trends over the years. It's crazy how trends come back after not seeing them for years. Specifically, the 1960's miniskirts this is just one out of hundreds that have come back into style. Sometimes, fashion trends can change quickly just because of a movie. In my opinion "Clueless" changed fashion tremendously. The big fashion trends right before the movie came out was dark colors, a trying but not trying look. But when the movie came out it was bright colors, dresses, and of course plaid. The question is, why does fashion change? It's actually a pretty simple answer, it's mostly that people change. Over time, the new replaces the old, it just happens. People are being influenced by what is around them every day.

Welcoming Signs

 

This sign is welcoming because it talks about most situations going on right now that need to change. It’s also showing appreciation and love to people that have been treated differently over the years for things they cant control. As well as, it shows that everyone is welcome inside their home and will never be judge for how they look and what they believe in. People should never be judge for things they cant control and get treated like animals for speaking up about something that is clearly wrong and lots of others can object too. So in conclusion this sign is very powerful and speaks to everyone in some way and is a welcoming sign.
